Delivery Areas
ForestPark delivery availability depends on your location, order size, and current delivery routes. Eligible delivery areas and any applicable delivery charges should be confirmed during checkout or with our customer support team.
Residential Delivery
Residential delivery may be available for qualifying orders within supported service areas. Delivery timing, unloading method, and placement limitations can vary by location and order type.
Pallet & Bulk Orders
Pallet and larger-volume orders may require additional scheduling and access considerations. Please confirm driveway access, unloading space, and any special delivery requirements before your scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is confirmed, available delivery timing will depend on inventory, route capacity, seasonal demand, and your delivery location. We recommend placing larger or winter-season orders as early as possible.
Preparing for Delivery
Please provide safe vehicle access and identify a firm, level unloading area before delivery. Remove obstacles, make sure gates or access points are clear, and prepare a dry storage location for your pellet fuel.
Placement & Access Requirements
Drivers must be able to complete delivery safely. Final placement depends on site conditions, equipment access, surface stability, weather, and other safety considerations. Deliveries may be left at the nearest safe accessible point when requested placement is not practical.
Damaged Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, photograph the affected bags and overall shipment condition before moving or opening the product when possible. Note the damage on the delivery record and contact ForestPark promptly with your order details.
